IMPOSSIBLY EASY CHICKEN TACO PIE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400F. Spray 9-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray. Mix chicken, onion and seasoning mix. Spread in pie plate. Whisk together Bisquick, milk and eggs. Pour into pie plate. Bake 30-35 min or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 1-2 min longer to melt cheese. Garnish with lettuce, tomato and sour cream.
