1 ½ cups sugar
1 cup buttermilk
½ cup bisquick baking mix
1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs

Steps:

Heat oven to 350. Grease pie plate (size 9 x 1 ¼). Beat all ingredients until smooth (about 30 seconds in blender) on high or 1 minute with hand mixer. Pour into pie plate. Bake 30 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit.
