Steps:
- 1. Beat egg until thick
- 2. Beat in sugar
- 3. add butter melted in hot water
- 4. add cold water
- 5. when luke warm, add yeast and salt.
- 6. add flour
- 7. beat well, cover tightly refrigerate
- 8. as dough is needed,pinch off enough to make rolls. Let rise. bake at 425 for 12 to 15 min. until tops or golden brown.
- 9. dough should be good for 6 days
