It's easy to buy hot honey, but just as easy (in my opinion) to make it at home. Drizzle it over roasted meats or vegetables, or use it to spice up a salad dressing. You can also mix it into soft butter to serve over biscuits. Yum!

- Combine honey, vinegar, red pepper flakes, thyme, smoked paprika, and salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature so flavors infuse, about 30 minutes. Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
