Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Mix together all ingredients except rhubarb.
- Place rhubarb in shell and pour over honey mixture.
- Use extra dough to make a lattice or top shell.
- Bake 40 minutes.
- Allow to cool about 20 minutes before cutting.
