HONEY-CURRIED CHICKEN image

3 lb skinless chicken thighs
1/3 cup melted butter
1/3 cup liquid honey
1/4 cup honey mustard
4 tsp curry powder

Steps:

  • In a baking dish lined with ALUMINUM FOIL, arrange the chicken thighs in a single layer. COMBINE the butter, honey,mustard, and curry powder,stirring until it is nice and smooth. Pour over the chicken thighs. Bake the chicken, UNCOVERED, in a 375 degree F. oven for about 20 minutes, basting it once. Turn the chicken over, split open each thigh with a knife, baste again.Bake for about 20 minutes longer or until the chicken is tender,basting it once more. Be careful not to overcook the chicken
