HONEY-BACON DOGS

Steps:

• Drain hot dogs. Slice bacon into 3rds. Wrap each dog with bacon and place seam side down in a non-stick skillet. When all dogs are wrapped, brown on all sides until bacon is to desired crispness.
• Place in a foil lined broiler proof pan. Sprinkle generously with brown sugar and drizzle well with honey.
• Place under broiler to melt sugar and honey. Watch very carefully as they will burn quickly. Remove, insert toothpicks, and watch as they disappear!
