Steps:
- 1. Sift together flour and salt. Cream butter and gradually add sugar, creaming well.
- 2. Blend in unbeaten egg yolk and vanilla, beat well.
- 3. Add dry ingredients gradually.
- 4. Divide: into 5 parts, shape into balls. Press one part of dough in small amounts through cookie press.
- 5. Put on an ungreased cookie sheet. Using any plate to make desired shapes.
- 6. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes.
