Hibachi Garlic Shrimp image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 cup(s) butter
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
2 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
2 clove(s) garlic minced
2 teaspoon(s) olive oil
1 pound(s) shrimp peeled and deveined
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl fold together teh butter, lemon juice, soy sauce, and garlic. Set aside
  • In a wok or skillet add the oil then add the shrimp and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add the butter mixture and cook the shrimp 2 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper
