Number Of Ingredients 8

3/4 cup Finely chopped fresh parsley
1 piece Medium onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
1/4 cup Fine dry breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons Fresh oregano leaves
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
2 pieces American Lamb rack of ribs

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375ºF. In a large bowl combine the parsley, onion, dill, breadcrumbs, oregano, salt, and pepper and mix well.
  • Pat the mixture on the outside of the lamb racks. Place the lamb on a broiler rack, bone-side down, in a shallow roasting pan.
