Heidelberg Soup image

Number Of Ingredients 6

5 medium potatoes, diced
3 medium onions, diced
5 cups water
1 (16-ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
2 cans cream of celery soup or 1 can each cream of celery and cream of mushroom soup
1 pound Velveeta cheese

Steps:

  • Cook onions and potatoes in 5 cups of water until tender. Add frozen mixed vegetables; cook until hot. Add soups and Velveeta cheese. Stir until cheese melts.
