Hearty Tuscan Pasta Primavera image

A special blend of herbs gives this pasta primavera hearty Tuscan flavor.

2-2/3 cups penne pasta, uncooked
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup thin zucchini slices
2 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 8 to 10 min. or until done. Add peppers and zucchini; cook and stir 4 min. or until crisp-tender. Add spinach; cook and stir until wilted.
  • Drain pasta. Add to skillet. Sprinkle with cheese.
