Healthy tater-tot casserole image

I know a lot of people have their own recipe for tater-tot casseroles, but I wanted to make a slighlty healthier version. It passed the test of my grandchildren!!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 - of a 1 lb bag of frozen tater-tots
1 pound(s) ground turkey breast, cooked, crumbled
1 cup(s) reduced-fat, condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup(s) frozen peas, thawed
1/2 cup(s) frozen kernel corn, thawed
1 cup(s) reduecd-fat, shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400. Spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mix together ground turkey, soup, peas and corn.
  • Pour mix into casserole dish. Top evenly w/ tater-tots. Bake 20 mins. Remove from oven and sprinkle w/ cheese. bake until cheese melts, about 5 mins.
