6 medium potatoes, peeled, quartered
1/2 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons kernel season's nacho cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Place potatoes in pot and fill with water to cover them.
  • Cook for about 20 minutes until tender. Drain water from pot and mash potatoes. Add skim milk and Kernel Season's Nacho Cheddar while mashing.
