Steps:
- Cook hamburger, onion, bell peppers, salt, pepper and garlic till done; drain grease. Add corn and tomato puree. Simmer about 10 minutes. In bowl, mix cornbread per instructions on box with additional 1 tsp. sugar.
- Pour half of the cornbread batter in 10x13 rectangle pan. Add other cooked ingredients. Top with rest of the cornbread mix.
- Bake till cornbread is done (per instructions on box) in 350 degrees F oven.
