Hamburger Chow Mein image

2 lb hamburger, cooked and drained
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 small can mushrooms
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced onion
1 can cream of celery soup
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup water

Steps:

  • Mix together.
  • Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  • Serve over rice or Chow Mein noodles .... or both.
