Steps:
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 10 min. or just until tender; drain.
- Add potatoes to large nonstick ovenproof skillet; stir in ham, tomatoes and onions; cook on medium heat 3 min., stirring occasionally.
- Whisk eggs and garlic powder until blended; pour over potato mixture. Cook 5 min.; top with cheese.
- Bake 15 to 18 min. or until center is set.
