HAM AND CHEESE CRESCENT ROLL-UPS image

THIS IS AN EASY RECIPE TO MAKE. USE YOUR FAVORITE CHEESE. I USED PEPPER JACK THE FIRST TIME BECAUSE IT WAS ON SALE. BAD MISTAKE, I DON'T LIKE SPICY FOOD. SINCE I AM A SINGLE PERSON, I TRY TO FIND RECIPES THAT I CAN FREEZE AND THIS IS A GOOD ONE.

1 can(s) refrigerated crescent rolls
6-8 slice your favorite cheese -swiss)
6-8 slice ham
spray butter
2 tsp honey

Steps:

  • 1. HEAT OVER TO 350. SPRAY LARGE COOKIE SHEET WITH COOKING SPRAY OR LINE WITH COOKING PARCHMENT PAPER.
  • 2. UNROLL CRESCENT ROLLS AND PRESS INTO 12 X 8 INCH RECTANGLE, PRESSING SEAMS TOGETHER. TOP WITH CHEESE AND HAM SLICES. AT SHORT END, ROLL UP TIGHTLY AND PINCH SEAM TOGETHER.
  • 3. WITH A SERRATED KNIFE, CUT INTO 8 SLICES. ARRANGE ON COOKIE SHEET WITH SIDES NOT TOUCHING. SPRAY TOP WITH SPRAY BUTTER OR ROLL ON MELTED 1 TBSP BUTTER. BAKE 15 TO 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
  • 4. BRUSH WITH HONEY AND SERVE WARM
