7 quarts popped corn
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Steps:

  • Cook brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt for 5 minutes.
  • Add vanilla and soda.
  • Coat corn with mixture.
  • Bake at 250 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  • Watch carefully to avoid burning.
