Number Of Ingredients 12

IN FIRST BOWL, COMBINE:
1/2 cup(s) corn meal
1/2 cup(s) rye flour
1/2 cup(s) unbleached wheat flour
1 teaspoon(s) italian seasoning
1 tablespoon(s) onion flakes
2 teaspoon(s) rumford (aluminum-free) baking powder
IN SECOND BOWL, COMBINE:
1 cup(s) hot distilled water
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) organic, unfiltered honey
1 tablespoon(s) organic, raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
1/2 teaspoon(s) celtic or himalayan salt

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a muffin tin or 8-inch skillet with liquid lecithin. Mix wet ingredients well until honey is dissolved. Add dry ingredients and quickly stir to mix well. Pour mixed ingredients into the muffin tins or skillet. Bake approx. 20 minutes. Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes, and serve.
