This quick & easy Ground Pork Stir Fry is a full meal in one, with ground pork, veggies, a flavorful sauce and noodles!

Steps:
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, vinegar and red pepper flakes (if using); set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, brown the ground pork.
- Add the vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in the sauce and the cooked noodles.
- Let the stir fry cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until piping hot.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions, if desired.
