Steps:
- In glass bowl, combine marinade ingredients and let stand at room temp 24 hours.
- Cut turkey breast into 1 1/2 inch thick steaks. Cover with marinade and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Drain steaks - reserving marinade. Bring marinade to boil first to destroy any harmful bacteria and then use to baste turkey while grilling.
- Cook quickly over hot coals - 8 min per side, brushing occasionally with marinade.
