Grilled Sweet Onions image

Number Of Ingredients 8

GLAZE
2 tablespoons oils
1 teaspoon white wine Worcestershire sauce
1/2 to 1 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
ONIONS
2 sweet onions (Spanish, Bermuda, Vidalia or Walla Walla) cut into 1 1/4-inch-thick slices

Steps:

  • 1. GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat grill. In small bowl, combine all glaze ingredients blend well. If desired, place onions in grill basket.2. When ready to grill, place onions on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals.
