What wonderful flavors! We really enjoyed the jalapeno cheese bread in this recipe. And while we weren't able to find asadero cheese here locally, cheddar served as a fine substitution.

Steps:
- 1. Sit cheese out to come to room temp. It will melt quicker this way. Slice bread and butter both sides. (Ignore the burritos in this photo, that is tomorrow's lunch).
- 2. Cut steak into slices, season and place on skewers. Slice onion & mushrooms, season, toss with olive oil.
- 3. Place veggies on foil grill pan and cook till tender. Grill skewers to med-rare, or your steak preference.
- 4. When steak & veggies done, remove steak from skewers, chop into bite size pcs. Layer sandwiches: bread, cheese, steak, veggies, cheese, and bread again. Grill on each side till cheese melts. You may need to place on foil after grilling both sides so that cheese will melt without burning bread.
- 5. Jalaepno foccacia bread: https://www.justapinch.com/recipes/bread/flatbread/jalapeno-onion-cheddar-foccacia-bread.html
