Grilled Meatloaf image

I got the inspiration for this recipe from a local steakhouse. It has a salisbury steak flavor. I use my indoor grill.

1 pound(s) ground beef or turkey
1 - egg- beaten
1 - envelope onion soup mix
1/2 cup(s) plain bread crumbs
1 jar(s) beef gravy- divided
3 tablespoon(s) worcestershire sauce-divided
3 tablespoon(s) bbq sauce
1/4 teaspoon(s) onion powder

  • Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes. Remember if it isn't completely done, it is still going on the grill.
  • Let cool for about 10 minutes then remove from pan onto cutting board. Cut into 1 1/2 inch slices.
  • Place each slice onto the preheated grill just long enough to get grill marks. Brush sauce over the slices while grilling.
  • Great served over mashed potatoes!
