GRILLED HERB SHRIMP - INA GARTEN image

Number Of Ingredients 11

2 lbs. large shrimp (16 - 20 ct. peeled and deveined)--leave tails on
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium yellow onion, very small diced
1/4 c minced fresh parsley
1/4 c minced fresh basil
1 t dry mustard
2 t Dijon mustard
2 t kosher salt, maybe less
1/2 t fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup good olive oil
1 lemon, juiced

Steps:

  • Combine all and let marinate for 1 hour at room temp or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Skewer shrimp using 5 or 6 per person for dinner. Heat grill, brush it with oil and then cook shrimp for only 1 1/2 minutes per side or until just done. Do not overcook. Or roast on sheet pan in 400 oven for 4-6 minutes.
