Grilled Ham Steak image

Ham is great on the grill, and this recipe is for a quick and easy glaze that tastes great! It combines the smoky flavor from the grill and the tangy sweetness of the sauce. Excellent!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/4 c apricot or plum preserves
1 Tbsp prepared mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1 (2 lb.) ham steak, 1" thick

Steps:

  • 1. In a small saucepan, combine the preserves, mustard, lemon juice and cinnamon. Cook and stir over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Set glaze aside
  • 2. Score edges of ham.
  • 3. Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 8-10 minutes on each side, brushing with glaze during the last few minutes of grilling.
