Grilled Banana Splits image

Peeled bananas are split, topped with chocolate chunks, coconut, marshmallows and peanuts then grilled in foil for a gooey and scrumptious dessert.

Yield Makes 4 servings, 1 topped banana each.

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 bananas
1/2 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
1/2 cup salted peanuts
1/4 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Steps:

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Peel bananas; cut lengthwise to within 1/2 inch of each end. Place on large sheet of heavy-duty foil. Top evenly with marshmallows, peanuts, coconut and chocolate; roll up foil loosely.
  • Grill 5 to 7 min. or until bananas are softened.
  • Place 1 banana on each dessert plate. Top evenly with the whipped topping.
