Number Of Ingredients 6

2 cups drained canned tomatillos (Mexican green tomatoes)
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno pepper
1/4 cup (packed) fresh coriander leaves
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Salt to taste

Steps:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until finely chopped but not a smooth puree.
  • Transfer to a bowl and serve with fish cakes.
