GREEK SEASONING • HOMEMADE BLEND image

This spice recipe is a great one to have on hand plus it's less salty than the commercial ones.

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 1/2 tablespoon(s) dried oregano leaves
1 tablespoon(s) dried basil
1 tablespoon(s) garlic powder
1 tablespoon(s) onion flakes
1/2 tablespoon(s) dill weed
1 teaspoon(s) dried rosemary, ground
1 teaspoon(s) dried thyme leaves
1 teaspoon(s) dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon(s) lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried mint leaves
1/4 teaspoon(s) kosher salt

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  • Whisk well and transfer to an airtight container.
  • Store in a cool, dark place for up to 3 months. Yields 1/3 cup.
