Grasshopper Pie image

This was in my email box and I thought I would share this delicious pie with everyone here at Just A Pinch. It sounds wonderful. Great for St. Patricks Day!

Number Of Ingredients 6

8 oz cream cheese
8 oz cool whip
1 oreo cookie pie crust
7 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
16 keebler elf grasshopper mint cookies
green food coloring

Steps:

  • 1. Crush cookies in a bag.
  • 2. In a bowl mixer beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • 3. Add milk and mix
  • 4. Mix in Crushed Cookies
  • 5. Fold in Cool Whip
  • 6. Fold in Food Coloring to until desired color is achieved.
  • 7. Pour into pie shell and chill for 4 hours
  • 8. Enjoy your delicious pie!
