Grape Salad + Taffy Apple Salad Recipe - (4.9/5) image

Grape Salad
4 lbs. green, and/or black seedless grapes (stem, wash and dry)
8 oz. Neufchatel cheese
1/4 cup white sugar
1/3-cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Chopped pecans

Taffy apple Salad
Diced apples
Chopped peanuts
Caramel baking bits
Cheese mixture from above

Steps:

  • Put grapes in large bowl. Mix cheese, sugars and vanilla with mixer. Gently add to grapes until well coated. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped pecans
