GRANDPA'S CHICKEN PAPRIKA image

Number Of Ingredients 8

Diced chicken
1/4 c flour
Salt and pepper
4 T olive oil
1 T paprika
1 c water
1 T vinegar
1 chicken bouillon cube

Steps:

  • Combine flour with salt and pepper. Coat the chicken pieces with flour mixture. Heat oil in medium skillet and saute chicken until browned. Add remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered, until most of the liquid has evaporated. This makes a thick flavored coating on the chicken. Serve with noodles or potatoes.
