Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease and flour a round springform pan (cheese cake style).
- Mix dry ingredients together. Then add egg & milk. Mixture will be thick & sticky. Then stir in raisins.
- Spread into pan using the back of a spoon. Bless the top of the bread (a must for grandma or it won't rise).
- Bake @ 425 for 15 minutes. Then turn oven down to 350 degrees and cook for 30 minutes.
