GRANDMA'S CHOCOLATE MOUSSE image

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup light cream, scalded
1/4 cup Grand Marnier
2 egg yolks

Steps:

  • Put the chocolate, cream, and liqour in a blender and blend. Then add the eggs to the blender (so mixture is not hot and will not cook the eggs). Add to glasses and chill.
