GRANDMA BOYD’S FRESH APPLE CAKE image

1/4 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
3 cups self rising flour
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
3 cups chopped apples

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325°. In bowl, combine all ingredients and bake in 9X13 pan for 50-55 minutes.
