How to make Golden Corral Sweet Corn Pudding

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 (11 oz.) cans of sweet corn drained
1/3 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1 cup whipping cream
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Put all of the ingredients (minus the corn) into a bowl & whisk together- stir in the corn.
  • Pour into the casserole dish & bake for 1 hour. It should be set and browned on top. To test for doneness, insert a knife into the middle of the casserole and it should come out clean. Serve warm.
  • Makes 8 Servings
