Steps:
- Sprinkle fish with ¾ tablespoon of ginger, salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbs of oil in skillet. Cook the fish 2 minutes per side or until flakey. Remove the fish from skillet and keep warm. Add remaining oil and cook onions and remaining ginger for 1 minute. Add Swiss chard, salt, pepper and chicken broth. Cook until chard is wilted about 3 minutes.
