- Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
- Prepare cake batter and bake in prepared pan as directed on package for 13x9-inch cake; cool completely. Use foil handles to transfer cake from pan to platter; discard foil.
- Combine remaining ingredients; spread over top of cake.
