Time 55m

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 c baking mix (such as bisquick)
3 Tbsp sugar
1/2 Tbsp garlic salt
1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
12 oz beer (cold or room temp)
3 Tbsp butter, melted

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all dry ingredients together in bowl and mix well.
  • 2. Add beer (I used it cold, right from the fridge) and mix well with a wooden spoon. The dough will be "tacky" or "sticky".
  • 3. Pour into a greased loaf pan or 2 qt round casserole dish.
  • 4. Brush melted butter over the top of the dough.
  • 5. Place immediately into a preheated 375 F deg oven and bake for 50 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
