1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
juice of 1 lemon
6-8 garlic cloves
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup olive oil

Steps:

  • Blend egg yolk, Dijon, and lemon juice in food processor. Add oils in a slow stream, while motor is running. Refrigerate until serving.
