Number Of Ingredients 5

1 small head cauliflower
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1 - egg
1/2 cup(s) milk
1 cup(s) biscuit baking mix

Steps:

  • Wash and break cauliflower into small florets. Sprinkle with salt. In a separate bowl, combine milk, egg, and biscuit mix and stir well. Dip florets into batter and deep fry until golden, 8-10 minutes, turning often. Drain on paper towels and serve. Makes about 4 servings.
