Fooled you twice Spaghett. aka Hidden Veggies image

Be sure to brown all the vegetables, my son once saw a piece of green zucchini skin and refused to eat it. You can add 1 pound of crumbled ground beef if you want to do so.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pound(s) cooked spaghetti.
1 pound(s) fresh mushrooms
3 medium zucchini
1 bag(s) fresh spinach
1 tablespoon(s) chopped garlic
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
2 bottle(s) marinara sauce

Steps:

  • Brown garlic in olive oil. Use food processor to chopp all vegetables together until finely chopped.
  • Add vegetables to garlic and saute until they are brown.
  • Add marinara sauce and cook until it is all brown. Cover cooked spaghetti in large pot with sauce and stir until coated. Enjoy.
