Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Mix meat and seasoning mix. Layer 1/4 each of the potatoes, meat mixture, cheese and salsa in center of 4 large sheets of heavy-duty foil.
- Fold foil to make 4 packets. Place in rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 15 min. or until meat is done. Remove from oven; let stand 5 min. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets. Serve with sour cream.
