FLUFFY PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE image

graham cracker crust
12oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 cup pumpkin
2 eggs

Steps:

  • mix cream cheese, sugar and pumpkin pie spice till blended. add pumpkin. add eggs and then pour into crust. bake at 350 for 40min and cool and refridgerate.
