Flavorful Slow Cooker Pot Roast image

This recipe is so easy and has a great flavor.

3-4 pound(s) boneless beef chuck roast
1 package(s) envelope ranch salad dressing mix
1 package(s) envelope italian salad dressing mix
1 package(s) envelope brown gravy mix
3/4 cup(s) water

Steps:

  • Place roast in slow cooker/crockpot. In a bowl whisk together the dressing mixes and gravy mix with the water. Pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Thicken cooking juices for gravy if desired.
