FLANK STEAK MARINADE image

Yield 1 marinated steak

Number Of Ingredients 5

3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (or sometimes I use sherry vinegar)
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together. Season to taste with fresh ground black pepper.
