Steps:
- Beat egg yolks by hand for 15 minutes, gradually adding sugar. Mix in flour and B.P., then add pecan meal. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into 2 round cake pans lined with wax paper on the bottom. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Cool. Frost with 2 cups cream, whipped, between layers and on top. Sprinkle with pecan meal. Chill 8 hours.
