Steps:
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the egg, yogurt and vanilla until just combined. Turn onto a floured surface; knead 6-8 times.
- Roll into a 9 inch circle; cut into 8 wedges. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Brush tops with milk; sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
