This is a great meatloaf. It's moist, delicious and the sauce is fabulous.

Steps:
- 1. Add 1/2 cup bouillon with bread cubes and add egg. Let stand 5 minutes or until croutons are softened; beat until light and fluffy.
- 2. Add meat, onion, salt and pepper.
- 3. Shape into a loaf and put in loaf pan.
- 4. Rough the top of the meat with a fork and cover with the sauce ingredients which have been combined.
- 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
